The Power Of Fabric Part Three
Fabric is amazing. With fabric you can take a worn out piece of furniture and transform it into something fabulous. In this instance fabric has changed the already wonderful Jackson chair from Hickory Chair into stunning couture furniture. The couture fabric is from Kravet Fabrics. It is a chic embroidered floral on an off white background. This gorgeous chair is now in the living room of one of my clients.

My client’s dining room chairs have also been transformed. The original look, which is similar to the look on the left ( sometimes I forget to take the before photo) was a combination of brown leather and a brown patterned chenille. Very nice. To update the look I kept the leather and changed the fabric to a vivacious velvet stripe from Designers Guild. As you might have guessed we’re adding color to the rooms. I love the change.
